Research and Program Evaluation

Offender rehabilitation programs must demonstrate results and effectiveness.  Effectiveness includes the ultimate outcome of recidivism as well as the effectiveness of implementation.  Specifically, offenders need to develop appropriate self-regulation and risk management skills during treatment and use these skills in the community.  In addition to contributing to community safety, organizations providing treatment and case management are increasingly required to demonstrate results.

• Evaluation of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of offender rehabilitation programs.
• Design and development of program evaluation frameworks, including logic models.
• Design and development of program evaluation tools and measures.
• Consultation and preparatory services for program accreditation.
• Training and consultation in achieving program and organizational efficiencies.
• For the implementation of the Better Life Approach, program evaluation research is conducted at no additional cost!
